First, Joe was on-time, with a notification phone call when he was on the way. He took time to explain to me the parts of the system that we had had problems with previously, and went through with the inspection of the system. I felt that he was more honest with me than the "big" services that we had used previously, and took more time to make sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done and what the yearly service meant. I am glad that I called Family Man, and would recommend their HVAC service to anyone. If you suspect that you have been given the run-around by other "bigger" businesses, give these guys a shot.
